The DIFISEK: Dissemination of Structural Fire Safety Engineering Knowledge project was funded by the European Commission as part of the Research Fund for Coal and Steel.

The aim of DIFISEK was to promote different projects from recent decades that dealt with fire engineering, the results of which were implemented in EN 1991-1-2.
