Inspiring Steel - October 2019 issue

Welcome to our October newsletter!

As leaves begin to turn into their October shades of rust, one of our featured products this month, Indaten®, is a perfect match with its autumnal coloured patina. Read more about this weathering steel, including how it was used to ensure durability and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the new landmark footbridge, the Paleisbrug, in the Netherlands. We also offer up our solutions to meet the wide array of requirements for footbridge construction.

As with our hefty selection of structural steel grades available for an extensive range of projects, durability is a theme this month. Check out our solutions on offer for all aspects of durability in your next construction project.

Europe’s tallest building will open soon in Russia... Read about the specially developed grade of HISTAR® high strength steel from ArcelorMittal that is part of the stunning Lakhta Centre and its iconic tower.

We top all of this off with a nod to the sunshine that makes the autumn glow with a look at an inventive solar energy structure with Magnelis® that floats on water and details about the largest solar roof in Belgium at ArcelorMittal Ghent.

Enjoy!
