Welcome to our November Newsletter!
This month, we have added another gem to our ever-expanding collection of case studies using ArcelorMittal steel. Our newest case study features the Zylinderhaus museum in Germany – an intriguing museum that pulls us back in time with its unique display of vintage cars in a replicated 1950s environment.
We offer a closer look at our Cofraplus® 220 long-span floor system that solved the Zylinderhaus flooring challenge and our extensive range of structural steel grades.
At the recent 9th Steelie Awards ceremony, held in Tokyo at Worldsteel’s General Assembly, we were thrilled to take home Steelie Awards for our contribution to excellence in the steel industry in two categories.
We showcase our range of steel construction solutions available to the education and science industry alongside an exploration of the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope, developed by AURA (Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy), currently being built with our steel.
Finally, we round out this month’s selection with details about our newest software updates and recent additions to our sample order form.
We are constantly optimising our solutions to meet the needs of our valuable clients and of the construction industry. We look forward to sharing even more with you next month as we have some exciting Constructalia news coming your way!

In the Zylinderhaus museum in Germany, the past comes back to life in a display of vintage cars spanning eight decades of German automotive history. The challenging floor renovation was made simple with the use of ArcelorMittal’s versatile and efficient composite flooring system, Cofraplus® 220.

|
Our long-span floor system, Cofraplus® 220, was the selected solution to the flooring challenge at the Zylinderhaus museum. It combines the outstanding resistance of the patented steel profile with the performance of a ribbed reinforced concrete slab.

|
Our wide range of structural steel grades at the highest quality are ready to support you in your next project. The mechanical characteristics of ArcelorMittal's steel sections are improved by precise control of the temperature during the rolling process.
